Enrollment & Registration

By enrolling in any Tech Bloom course, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Accept all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement
• Agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly
• Understand that false information may result in enrollment cancellation

Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments must be made in full before course access is granted
• We accept bank transfers, card payments, and other authorized payment methods
• Payment plans are available for certain courses (subject to approval)
• Invoices and receipts will be provided for all transactions
• Late payment may result in suspension of course access
• Refunds for pre-course cancellations may be considered within 7 days of enrollment
• No refunds after course classes have begun

Attendance & Class Participation

Students are responsible for attending classes regularly and actively participating in their learning journey:

• Regular Attendance: Students must attend classes as scheduled to maximize learning outcomes
• Class Participation: Active participation in discussions, projects, and assignments is expected
• Submission Deadlines: All assignments and projects must be submitted by specified deadlines
• Punctuality: Late arrivals may affect lesson understanding and graduation eligibility
• Absence Policy: Excessive absences may result in course suspension or termination
• Makeup Classes: Makeup sessions may be arranged at the instructor's discretion

Code of Conduct & Respect

Tech Bloom Academy is built on mutual respect, professionalism, and a supportive learning environment:

• Respect Instructors: Treat all instructors with professional respect and courtesy
• Respect Classmates: Maintain a friendly, supportive environment for all students
• No Harassment: Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited
• No Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the course
• Professional Communication: All communications must be respectful and professional
• Intellectual Property: Course materials and content are proprietary and cannot be shared without permission
• Violations: Serious violations may result in immediate course termination without refund

Student Success Depends on Effort

Your success in our courses depends primarily on your personal effort, dedication, and commitment to learning:

• Tech Bloom provides quality instruction, materials, and resources
• Students must take responsibility for their learning and progress
• Consistent practice and application of concepts is essential for success
• Students are encouraged to seek additional help and mentorship when needed
• Success is not guaranteed; outcomes depend on individual effort and dedication
• Tech Bloom is not responsible for individual performance or career outcomes

Certificates & Course Completion

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements
• Students must achieve the minimum required grade or score (typically 70%)
• Completion requires attendance of at least 80% of classes
• All assignments and projects must be submitted and approved
• Certificates are digital and can be shared, but remain the property of Tech Bloom
• Certificate names and details cannot be modified without authorization
• Certificates are valid indefinitely and represent skills acquired on the completion date

Course Modifications & Schedule Changes

Tech Bloom reserves the right to modify courses, schedules, and services as needed:

• Course content may be updated to reflect industry standards and best practices
• Class schedules may be adjusted with advance notice to students
• Instructors may be changed at Tech Bloom's discretion
• Course duration may be extended or condensed based on pacing and student needs
• If a course is cancelled, students receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative course
• Major changes will be communicated to students via email and WhatsApp

Limitation of Liability

• Tech Bloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course
• We are not responsible for third-party services or technical issues beyond our control
• Students use the platform and materials at their own risk
• Tech Bloom is not responsible for individual career outcomes or job placement

• By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing
• We use encryption and security measures to protect your information
